Holcomb Gardens

Holcomb Gardens are not available for rental. Drainage issues render the gardens unusable after any significant rainfall. As the state of the grass is so dependent on constantly changing weather conditions, it is impossible to guarantee its fitness for events within a reasonable time frame for sufficient planning. However, please note that Butler does have two outdoor spaces available for rental, Norris Plaza and Lake Road. Please refer to the Sample Room Diagrams for a visual of the spaces.
